NEVER EMPTY Giveaway

Eligibility

The NEVER EMPTY Giveaway is open only to those who follow the entry requirements laid out at https://www.instagram.com/trensitedairy/, https://www.facebook.com/Trensite, and https://www.instagram.com/applewood_signature/, https://www.facebook.com/applewoodsignature and who are 18 years or older at the date of entry. The Campaign is open only to legal residents of Ontario. Excluding those in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Quebec, Northern Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Trensité™ and Applewood Signature®, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.

Campaign Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on Wednesday, 8th November 2023, and ending at 23:59 (EST) on Friday, 8th December 2023.

How to Enter

You must enter the Campaign by following the entry requirements listed at https://www.instagram.com/trensitedairy/, https://www.facebook.com/Trensite, and https://www.instagram.com/applewood_signature/, https://www.facebook.com/applewoodsignature. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Trensité™ and Applewood Signature®. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Trensité™ and Applewood Signature®.

Prizes

The NEVER EMPTY Giveaway features five $100 gift vouchers valid on Trensité™ and Applewood Signature®. Every entrant in the Campaign (the “Winners”) is eligible to win one of these prizes. No cash or other prize substitutions shall be permitted except at Trensité™ and Applewood Signature®’s discretion. No substitution of prize or request for the cash equivalent by Winners is permitted. Acceptance of prizes constitutes permission for Trensité™ and Applewood Signature® to use the Winners’ names, likeness, and entries for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Odds

The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes are awarded at random. Every qualifying entrant is eligible to win the Trensité™ and Applewood Signature® prize.

Winner Selection and Notification

The Winners of $100 gift vouchers will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Trensité™ and Applewood Signature®. Winners will be announced on our social media profiles on Monday, December 11th, 2023. Trensité™ and Applewood Signature® shall have no liability for Winners’ failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winners cannot be contacted, are ineligible, fail to redeem the prize from the time the award notification was sent, or fail to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited. Any violation of these official rules by winners (at Trensité™ and Applewood Signature®’s sole discretion) will result in disqualification as Winners in the campaign, and all privileges as Winners will be immediately terminated.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this contest, you understand and agree that Trensité™ and Applewood Signature®, anyone acting on behalf of Trensité™ and Applewood Signature®, or Trensité™ and Applewood Signature®’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Terms & Conditions

Trensité™ and Applewood Signature® reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Trensité™ and Applewood Signature®’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, Trensité™ and Applewood Signature® may select Winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Trensité™ and Applewood Signature®.
